Baby D's been growing pretty quickly, so now he's actually big enough to fit into some of his handknits. Which is great for D, but it means Georgie's out of a modeling job:
I much prefer handknit hats for him over the cotton store-bought ones, because they do such a better job of keeping his head toasty. If I were my old self, I'd have already cranked out ten of them by now. However, after the hand surgery, knitting doesn't come so easily yet--it may be a few more months until I can comfortably knit English-style :( I guess it's time to learn continental?

He has amazing eyes.
Beautiful photos! The knits are adorable.
He looks so squishable in those adorable knits! What a cutie pie.
aw, he's a cutie! its great to see your handknits in action :-)
Oh my gosh, you will LOVE Continental style. At least, I do. It seems to save time and use less hand movement.
At least, it's worth giving it a try until you have full use of your hand back and can go back to English style.
I love Continental style for the knit stitch; I still have some issues with it when it comes to purling. But the knitting goes so fast once you get the motions down!
Both pictures are amazing, but I always found that closes black and white photos really capture the best features of a baby. Or maybe it's just me! :)
Oh he is absolutely gorgeous. What a great little sweater and hat set too. Hope your back to knitting again soon when your hand is better.
He is beautiful! Doesn't it amaze you how much you love your child? It takes your breath away.
Congratulations!
So beautiful! It must be a great feeling to see him in something you made for just for him. =)
Gorgeous photos.
He is so so so cute!!
So, so cute! Such a shame about your hand and no knitting but I am sure you are super busy anyway.
Such a cutie! And congratulations. I have posted in a while so I'm a little late in saying this. :)

Heart meltingly adorable. I hope your hand is healing well, perhaps you should try continental, those who can seem to so bemused by our English-style insistance, there are some great on-line tutorials.
Baby knits are so satisfying - they come together quickly, they are usually made of the softest fiber, and babies look so darn cute in them! Baby D is really adorable. If he were my child, I'd spend all day smooching on that sweet little chin!
Baby D is so beautiful! I'm always smiling when I read your blog and see baby pictures. I hope your hand is healing well... Best wishes!
What a sweetie!!! I am sorry that knitting is still difficult for you. That must be so frustrating. Speedy healing!
What a perfect little mouth! He is adorable, naturally, and so lucky to have a mom who can keep him swaddled in lovingly made hand knits! Hope your hand gets better soon.
